They walk again - SCARCE FIRST PRINTING

Very good copy of the 1931 first printing without dust wrapper. In original black cloth with spine lettering almost completely faded. Unsightly diagonal crack across the front board evidenced as a blind crease on the front cover but a more obvious crack on the front paste down. A little fading to the bottom of the rear board. Top edge pink. The book itself is clean with the text block still firm. Ownership signature to front free end paper. 18 classic stories by authors including Wharton, Blackwood, James, Le Fanu et al. As well as an important introduction by Walter de la Mare. As an enthusiastic collector myself I make every effort to provide a high level of service. Enquiries welcomed. Paypal accepted.
