This is a nice rare childrens nonfiction Dick and Jane basic readers, teachers edition book called Friends and Neighbor, 2.1, Basic Readers: Curriculum Fondation Series the 1946-1947 edition, copyright 1946, hard cover, no dust jacket, written by William S. Gray and Lillian Gray. The book small tear on page 3, slight scribbling in red ink on pages 58/59, some bumped corners and edge wear, otherwise in good plus condition with tight binding, wonderful illustrations, 209 teachers guide pages plus 239 pages of the reader itself. Size: 8vo - over 7¾" - 9¾" tall.
