About the Author

Nicolas Juncker est n� en 1973 et r�side en r�gion parisienne. Apr�s avoir effectu� des �tudes d'histoire, il s’exercera d’abord au dessin de presse avant de se consacrer � la bande dessin�e comme auteur et comme enseignant. Il signe en 2003 chez Treize �trange sa premi�re bande dessin�e, Le Front, qui marquera le d�but d’une longue collaboration avec cet �diteur. Deux axes pr�dominent dans son œuvre : l’Histoire (Immerg�s, La Vierge et la Putain, Malet, Seules � Berlin) et l’humour (Un jour sans J�sus, Octofight) … et parfois les deux se rejoignent comme dans le tr�s remarqu� Un G�n�ral des G�n�raux paru en 2022 et dessin� par Fran�ois Boucq (�d. Le Lombard).
