In this trial at Surrey assizes, August 18-19, 1862, the will of Richard Palmer Roupell was involved ; the plaintiff, Richard Roupell, heir-at-law, brought an action of ejectment against Mr. Waite, purchaser of property which was alleged to have been fraudulently conveyed to him by William Roupell, son of the testator.
