[colophon ] Printed at the Chiswick Press with the Golden type designed by William Morris for the Kelmscott Press, and finished on the fourth day of October, 1899. Published by Longmans & Co, 39 Paternoster Row, London. [ii], 45, [1] pages. In the original paper covered boards with narrow cloth spine. the boards are soiled and marked. Page edges are wrinkled. As usual with books in this series, the title page has more the appearance of a half title page with just the title and author's name. The publication details are only given in the colophon at the end of the book.
