Victor Bao (???) is Head of Chinese at the PLC Melbourne, Australia. He is an experienced Chinese language teacher of IB and IGCSE who has taught in New Zealand, China, Hong Kong, Vietnam, and Singapore. Victor is also an IGCSE 0547 examiner and IB examiner and workshop leader. He was a member of the team that developed the new IGCSE 0523 examination.

Chen Draper (??) is Head of High School Chinese at the United World College Southeast Asia (UWCSEA), Singapore. She teaches both IGCSE and IB Chinese. Prior to this, she was Head of Chinese at the prestigious Sevenoaks School, an independent school in the UK. Chen has firsthand and in-depth understanding of both IGCSE and IB assessment and what it takes for students to excel in the exams. She is an experienced regional workshop leader and teacher trainer.
