How do you identify the shipping costs?
inforg ships books within and external to Australia. We generally ship via Auspost, without tracking, at the default standard rate.
Free shipping (drop off) can be arranged if you request in the notes section delivery within 20 kilometres of Adelaide, South Australia.
If you would like your parcel to be tracked via post, please add the request in the notes section of the cart.
If you need your secondhand book order urgently, we also offer Auspost Express rate.
Your shipping address, added during the checkout process, will automatically suggest shipping costs.
We will check each item and advise if the shipping cost will be more or less when we recieve your order.

What are the shipping times from Adelaide?
We strive to process your order on the same day as you place an order.
Shipping times will vary obviously due to shipping delays, however you can usually rely on your order to arrive in most places in Australia within 2-9 business days and around 15 days in many countries such as US and UK.

Can I order books from you if I’m outside of Australia and New Zealand?
We can arrange for shipping to countries outside of Australia.
We will check each item and advise if the shipping cost will be more or less when we recieve your order.

How do l return a product?
Please choose your books carefully; most of our books are in as-new condition, but as this is predominantly a secondhand book store, obviously wear and tear may sometimes be present on your books.
When this is present we will make our best efforts to ensure a note is added to the listing on our website.
You are welcome to email us at anastasia@inforg.com.au if you have any doubts about the quality of a book prior to purchasing.
If books received are defective, the wrong product or the condition is not as you expected from our website desciption, contact anastasia@inforg.com.au and provide a photo and your Order number, which is available in your purchase email/invoice within the delivery package. We may refund, provide a voucher or suggest an exchange for another book of equal value.

Return to sender
We will put the delivery address on the parcel exactly as it was put on the order form. Please ensure your delivery details are correct as our couriers and Auspost won’t second-guess it – they’ll just return to us if there’s an error.

If the parcel returns to us, you can choose to either:
a) refund the cost of the book minus the freight charge we incurred, or
b) pay the replacement postage and we will resend the book.
