About the Author
Il a créé un SESSAD (Service d'éducation et de soins spécialisés à domicile) " Troubles sévères du langage et des apprentissages " adossé au CMPP.
Retraité depuis 2014, il est actuellement président de l'association départementale des Pupilles de l'enseignement public (PEP de l'Oise) qui appuie son action sur les valeurs de laïcité et de solidarité et qui gère :
– un secteur médico-social sur les départements de l'Oise et du Val d'Oise, avec :
deux CMPP, avec chacun six lieux d'accueil et de soins
un IME qui accueille des jeunes déficients intellectuels et son SESSAD associé
un établissement pour jeunes déficients auditifs
deux SESSAD pour jeunes déficients visuels
un SESSAD pour jeunes ayant des troubles sévères du langage et des apprentissages
– Un Service d'assistance pédagogique à domicile (SAPAD) qui permet à des jeunes malades, accidentés ou en incapacité momentanée de fréquenter leur établissement scolaire de bénéficier de soutien et de cours à domicile.
– Un service DEL (Domaine d'éducation et de loisir) qui gère des séjours de vacances pour enfants et des classes de découvertes.
Auteur de nombreux ouvrages, Jean-Luc Caron dirige également plusieurs collections chez Retz : les Fiches Ressources , les Petits Cahiers et les Grands cahiers .
Pour Roger Rougier, le rôle de l'école primaire est d'ouvrir l'esprit des élèves et de leur apprendre les bases et le respect des autres et de la nature.
Roger Rougier a été élève à l'école normale de Draguignan, dans le Var, puis instituteur et professeur des écoles. Il a continué sa carrière comme conseiller pédagogique et membre de la commission d'élaboration des tests nationaux à l'entrée en CE2 pour l'académie de Nice. Actuellement, il dirige l'école élémentaire de Solliès-Pont, dans le Var. Cette école comporte neuf classes, dont une classe d'adaptation ouverte (qui reçoit des enfants en difficulté passagère).
Il est également auteur-compositeur d'une vingtaine de chansonnettes pour les enfants (non encore éditées), qui sont chantées dans les classes de diverses écoles de la circonscription. Il dessine avec beaucoup de plaisir (et pas trop mal, dit-il). Il a créé pour la collection " Les cahiers Retz " de nombreux personnages, tels que Philenfer, Micromot, le Robot Léro de Varelle et Reniflo le gentil aspirateur, Lambinet l'Escargot, Ali Ghâtor le crocodile, Déd Blatère le chameau, Grozibou, pour l'apprentissage de l'heure, Allan le ver du Cosmos, dans le cahier de l'Univers, qui voyage dans une pomme interstellaire, etc. Il dit : " Ces cahiers, c'est un peu une manière de rendre aux enfants ce qu'ils me donnent. " En fait, il a commencé à les concevoir pour compenser les déficiences du matériel pédagogique. Encouragé par un inspecteur, il a osé porter ses polycopiés chez Retz, sans y croire. Finalement, il n'a plus arrêté depuis 1987.
Il a gardé de son enfance le goût des voyages et surtout ceux en train. Il possède d'ailleurs un réseau de chemin de fer miniature, qu'il modifie fréquemment car il a horreur de ce qui est trop statique.
