If your book order is heavy, or oversized, or if you live in a non-standard delivery address (as determined by our delivery partners), then we may contact you to let you know extra shipping is required. Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 2 working days. Any applicable customs fees or handling fees are the responsibility of the buyer.
