Seed!”The You Don’t Know Me series follows Rainbo, a rebellious heroine, who has special powers to speak to the reptilian realm, and sees spectacular visions in her dreams. Rainbo is strong-willed, funny, resourceful, and quick thinking, and committed to fighting the injustices of the world. Each book in the series offers a humorous and wise lesson along life’s magical journey. When You Live To Fly is a beautiful, magical-realistic story about aspiration and inspiration as Rainbo and the Snake Clan rewrite the ancient Oracle of “No Flying” to the endearing “Live To Fly”. Join Rainbo as she teaches a corps of snakes how fly and twirl, and creates a show that becomes so popular huge crowds come from near and far to see it. Her popularity grows into a national phenomenon until she is offered an audition on “America’s Got Talent”. Along the way, her grandmother communes with the Snake Elders, discovers a cure for her ‘forgetfulness disease’, and transforms into a “Snakewoman Curandera”; Rainbo encounters Billy and learns about his “curse of fragmentation”, and his special gift; and faces one challenge after another before she learns a life lesson that only the Snake Clan can teach her. Rainbo’s perserverance, strength, and inquisitive nature, make her into a unique heroine who faces life with humor and resilience, and learns what it means to believe in your own aspirations above all else.
