A rare review of how Leadership style in the work world is
driven by the total person. The Diverse Workforce today has more
people demanding that the Leaders in their organizations support the
efforts of those around them. With the reduced trained labor pool only
those organizations that reinforce the ability of Leaders to work well
with teams will have a workforce which is stable and a competitive
advantage. Throughout this book the messages are clearly applicable
outside the world of work. Messages such as balance in your life,
caring and supporting others and action planning make the tools
applicable for anyone who would like to be more in control of their own
destiny.
