Add to basketHere's a letter from Bram de Does to Ton. They'd chatted on the phone yesterday and Bram was following up. Now, there are two neat things about this. First, it's a nice showing of his handwriting. And, second, it's a nice showing of his letterhead, set in Jan Van Krimpen's Romanée and printed via letterpress on fancy paper. Now, note how that single line of type is set off to the left and not centered. Why do you think he did that? Well, also note how he wrote the date on that same line, all the way to the right, thus making that line appear to be centered. Smart, eh? Folded as originally mailed 454.
