Before the Kansas City Art Institute combined its graphic design and industrial design departments into one program and Rob Roy Kelly moved away from KC in 1974, he had to get a message to Preston McClanahan at RISD. The internet was down, so he sent this letter. We can't say with any certainty what the letter is about, but we can say with certainty that the Swiss-trained Kelly had a sharp sheet for sharing his thoughts via snail mail. Good. Previously folded with some additional folds and bends throughout. And it looks like Preston wrote a note on top of this and it left an impression. Try this trick to see what it says. 454.
