The most recent of these mechanisms and the subject of this thesis, is the European Union (EU) Council Common Position 944 on Arms Exports. About the Author

Tim van de Ven holds an academic background in European Studies (BSc) and International Relations (MSc), obtained at the Universities of Maastricht and the University of Amsterdam.
