Super clean inside and out. Very slight bend bottom right corner of covers and pages. Light wear to edges of covers and spine. 3/4" tear from bottom edge of spine. Very little wear otherwise. Will be backed with cardboard and carefully packed in a sturdy box to ensure safe delivery.
