An original very early issue of Country Life Magazine dated November 19th 1910 featuring a main article on Mathern Palace in Monmouthshire, The Residence of Mr. H. A. Tipping. 8 page write up with black and white illustrations of the property exterior, interior and gardens. Country Life Magazine commenced publication in 1897 and these early issues have become highly collectable and a valuable reference to the house owners of today, architects, restorers and renovators and anyone interested in the history of the building. They have an extensive write up with pictures of the building (interior and exterior) and garden as it was over 100 years ago. This issue is in good condition with a lovely portrait frontispiece of Lady Lettice Cholmondeley. Seller Inventory # 005766
