Rockefeller Center, Inc; 1939. Soft Cover. Book condition: Very Good. Dust jacket condition: None. Unstated edition, indeterminate printing. Soft cover with no dust jacket. 11-7/16" x 8-1/2", 24 unnumbered pages. This booklet has been read but is in respectable condition: it is clean, with no writing, stains or paper damage. Both covers are firmly attached but there is a 1" tear at the bottom of the fold and a 3" x 1/2" chip missing from the lower edge of the rear cover, which also has a 3/4" tear. The covers and the 24 internal pages have slight edge wear; both cover and internal pages have modest amount of tanning. Numerous photos are in this souvenir booklet.
