The map was published in the book LIsole piu Famose del Mondo in Venice, circa 1576.This map of Kythera exhibits lovely old color. Walled cities, mountains, forests, and surrounding islands fill the map. Most of our material is shipped rolled in a sturdy tube that is then packed in a rectangular box. Any items shipped flat will be reinforced to prevent being bent during shipping. We typically ship via UPS ground for domestic buyers (within the United States) and either UPS, DHL, or USPS International Priority for shipments outside of the United States.
