Map of the 7 provinces. Title with publisher's imprint top left in large cartouche with allegorical figures and putti. Scale sticks in oval rococo cartouche lower left. Backside blank. Hand-coloured copper engraving, published in Paris in 1745 by Philippe Buache in "Cartes et Tables de Geographie physique et naturelle." Cartographer: Guillaume De l'Isle. Apart from a few minor spots in the North Sea, the map is in excellent condition. Reference: H.A.M. van der Heijden en D.I. Blonk "De Kaart van de Republiek der VII provinci�n 1615-1797," map 53, fifth edition. Dimensions (image): 47 x 62 cm.
