Very detailed map of the South Carolina city, Charleston. The confluence of the Ashley and Cooper Rivers frames out the compilers presentation. The scale is such that the streets are named. The stock yards lie proximate to the South Carolina Railroad, formerly Charleston and Hamburg RR. A Base Ball Park is sped at Cooper and Meeting Streets. The details are quite interesting having sports also found at Washington Race Track. This is a very nice map of Charleston executed in three colors yielding a classic cartographic presentation.
