_____Single sheet, 10.75 x 8.25", printed on both sides and folded to sixths for mailing. _____ Half of one side is occupied y a color section map of the county locating roads and towns. _____ The bottom half of this side is printed in two columns._____ The first is a description of development and advantages of Jasper County._____ The other extols the towns of Webb City and Carterville. _____ The other side is a piece of letterhead from the Walter William Crawford, Real Estate and Mining Realtor._____ The letterhead is printed in green and red. _____ The letter, dated 1890 and is signed by Crawford, is to an investor in Leavenworth, Kansas._____ It recaps the Kansan's payment on lumber bills, presumably to construct improvements on the Missouri land. _____.
