Colour paper folding map with 9th Edition of the Statistical Review to verso, issued to coincide with the 1985 Census ("Stand Up and Be Counted"). This edition not recorded on OCLC (alternative editions traced for 1979, 1981, 1983, 1984 and 1987). 68 x 48cm, folding down with colour illustrated title panel 12 x 24cm. Main map is of Kuwait City, with an inset for Kuwait and its islands in the Arabian Gulf. Captions and telephone directory in English and Arabic. Printed to the verso photos, tables, and various information about the economy, climate, people etc. Near fine neatly folded without tears. Some light wear.
