Sheet 67x126cm colour printed with map of Qatar to one side and Doha with descriptive text and colour photos to the other, folding down into title panels colour illustrated with photos of the National Museum 15x23cm with texts, captioned colour photos and labels in English and Arabic. Very good, neatly folded, with short closed fold tears and a couple of small patches of damp staining. Scarce. The map of Qatar 1:200,000, shows road and settlement types, walls or fences, oil wells, pipelines, power lines, spot heights, reefs, wells, wadis, water channels, sabkha, dunes, sand banks and contours. The map of Doha shows the capital and immediate surroundings @5.5cm to 1km, colour coded for public buildings, built up areas, cultivated areas, and cemeteries. The description of Qatar covers its towns, transport and communications, and general information, with photos of the Corniche, a new mosque, the Sheraton, a traditional ship, National Theatre, Khalifa Sport Stadium, and Doha Zoo.
