17"X28" double page from 1874 Andreas Atlas with map of Stearns County. Reverse contains a number of engravings, among which are: view of Sauk Rapids and Benton, the Normal School Building of St. Cloud, and the residence of Judge James M. McKelvy of St. Cloud. Map is good with age toning, light soiling, faint liquid staining in all margins (very faint staining in left margin extends into map), and small edge tears that have been repaired with Japanese tissue and wheat paste.
