Dated 19 Jun 1967 this was prepared to support a news story on one of the critical moments in the North Yemen Civil War (1962-70). The caption reads "Yemen royalists report that because of Egypt's defeat by Israel there has been lessening pressure by Egyptian forces on Yemen, Principal strongpoint of Egyptians now is triangle between Sana, Hodeida and Taizz. Egyptian garrison at San'a is reported to have left by ship from Hodeida. Royalists report killing 300 Egyptian troops in a fight over a fortress at Hajjah".
