Titelcartouche links onder; fraaie cartouche met opdracht rechts boven en cartouche met schaalstok rechts onder. Rugzijde Spaanse tekst.Oudtijds gekleurde kopergravure, uitgegeven te Amsterdam door Joan Blaeu omstreeks 1659 in 'Nuevo Atlas del Reyno de Inglaterra.'
