Single sheet, 36.25 x 17.75", printed on both sides and folded to 12 panels._____ Most of the folds have archival reinforcements on the text side._____ The front is largely text extolling agricultural prospects of the county billed as "The Aberdeenshire of North America", which seems to be a rather obscure endorsement._____ It includes credited testimonials from resident farmers and is illustrated with 11 black & white photos._____ The entire interior is a "Map of the Land Grant / of / The Duluth Iron Range Railroad Co. / in / St._____ Louis County, Minn."_____ It is a black & white sectional map copyrighted in 1910 by the land commissioner L.B. Arnold._____ It locates railroads, roads, school houses, sawmills and post offices._____ Overprinted in red to show the available land parcels._____ Missing a 2 x 2" piece from the lower corner of the title panel removing the start of the printer's credit._____ Only the margin of the map side is affected._____ WorldCat shows holdings only for other years._____.
