Here is information about Sheet 187: One Inch Sheet 187 South Huntingdonshire 1897 - published 2001; intro by David Cozens. ISBN. 978-1-84151-298-3 This One Inch to the Mile map covers the area of southern Huntingdonshire around Huntingdon, St Ives and St Neots. Coverage stretches from Great Staughton eastward to Willingham, and from Alconbury southward to Caxton. The River Ouse and GNR run through the map and other railway features include the Kettering & Huntingdon Branch, Ely Sutton & St Ives Branch, and Cambridge & St Ives Branch. Ancient roads include Ermine Street and the Via Devana. On the reverse we include an extract from Hunts Sheet 22.03, covering Hemingford Abbots in 1900, with extracts from a directory. It is not possible to list the many hamlets, farmsteads and other topographical features shown on these maps.
