New and revised edition (first published in 1913); two other titles within map: "Tourists' and Merchants' Delivery Map of Santa Cruz" and "Santa Cruz City and Suburban Map;" 20 x 28; relief shown by hachures and spot heights; illustrated with a photograph and numerous advertisements for local companies; somewhat fragile, with age-toning to margins and short splits along fold lines (no loss of paper); in about good condition. An uncommon, early-20th-century map of Santa Cruz, it not only showed the city and Monterey Bay, with a street index, but also highlighted local businesses, including a druggist, a fruit & olive canning company, an undertaker and embalmer, hotels and restaurants, etc.
