If you are in doubt, cons...
Rates provided are for packages up to 2kg (4.4lb) - we will contact you if your package is above this weight and confirm shipping costs before we send your items.
We can only ship to physical addresses and not to P.O. boxes.
We use tracked courier services for all deliveries.
Rates are given for uninsured packages, please contact us if you would like to arrange insurance on your items.
All items are professionally packaged to ensure safety and integrity during transit.
Refunds and Return of Items not Wanted
Refunds on items not wanted will be considered if requested within 14 days of purchase.
The buyer will be liable for all - i.e. outbound and inbound - platform, shipping, insurance and associated costs, including ABEbooks commission and fulfilment fees, import, export, customs and handling fees, duties, levies and taxes, but excluding fees that are reasonably recouparable by us. In order to achieve this, we may reduce the refundable amount to the extent that costs were incurred by us during the sale, shipping, export and import processes, where such costs have been documented and can be demonstrated to you, the buyer.
We will only process refunds for items not wanted once they have been returned and after inspecting them. It is the responsibility of the buyer to ensure that items are safely and securely packaged for transport: the buyer assumes the responsibility for items being delivered in their original, described state and the risk of items damaged in transit.
We may refuse a refund if, upon return, an item has sustained damage, or is received in a state other than the state it was described as being in when originally dispatched.
All returns are to make use of tracked, international courier only - items routed through the South African Post Office run a high risk of being lost in transit.
Insurance
We take great care in packaging and protecting our items, however, we recommend buyers contact us to arrange insurance on high value items.
Shipping rates may be adjusted to account for additional insurance costs.
