Item is not new or in "new" condition. Binding heavily age worn, poor condition, old tape repairs, long splits along fold lines, yet still remains overall attractive as an object. Offered as acquired due to inherent scarcity and desirability. Various flaws as seen, chipping to top edge, fold lines splits, poor condition but still appealing. Still attractive on the shelf. Item displays a unique age patina, the age flaws easy to overlook or forgive given the rarity.
