Four-color map measures 29 x 22 inches. Drafted by George D. Harney, reproduced by the 663rd Engineer Topographic Company. Short splits at fold ends, edges rubbed and age-toned. This handsome hand drawn and lettered color map depicts the routes and battles of the 84th "Railsplitters" from activation at Camp Howze Texas to landing on Omaha Beach in November 1944, the "motor march" to Gulpen, the Siegfried Line, the Battle of the Bulge, and rapid push to the Elbe Line. With detailed insets of the "Siegfried Line and Roer River Area" and "Battle of the Ardennes Area." OCLC locates this map in four institutional libraries.See also Lt. All books are packed and shipped within 24 hours of receipt of order. Every book is professionally packaged in a heavy cardboard box and shipped via US Postal Service, fully insured. Shipping rates are $3.50 per book; an additional $1 for every book thereafter. Sets and oversized volumes might require additional postage – indication of such will be noted in the book description. Those orders ship at cost, as do international orders, for which shipping will be determined per sale. Other shipping modes are available per arrangement. Institutions will be billed per requirements.
