Original edition, rebound in light brown/olive buckram, lettered in gold foil, with new endpapers, retaining original text block edges, which show mild toning/soiling typical of age. xii,811,[12] pp., with rear index and instructions to binder, lacking the (34) original copperplate engravings. Overall, clean and intact text block, a few leaves midway through showing creased top corners that are fragile, occasional foxing/soiling, generally minor. Please note that this copy does NOT contain the 34 copperplate engravings with which it was originally issued, which a former owner apparently removed at some point prior to rebinding. Size: Folio - over 12" - 15" tall.
