This 1720 document measures around 10 x 15" and is in rather good shape. The back of the sheet has been reinforced with tape, the glue of which is visible on the front of the document. There are a couple of rips in the paper, but the full text remains mostly legible. The document seems to be some sort of agreement in which Edward Bridge gives acres of land to Jonathan Pucker, and Edward's wife, Mary, surrenders her right of dowry. Edward and Mary have both affixed red wax seals to the agreement, which was signed in Suffolk, Roxbury on April 16th, 1720.
