About this Item
Mustafa Ha_im Baba whose pseudonym was "H _im"" in his poems, was born in sk dar, _stanbul in 1130 [1718]. He was the son of the Yusuf Niz meddin Efendi , Sheikh of Bandőrmalőzade Tekkesi (Dervish lodge). Ha_im Baba was educated according to the practices of Jalwatiyya orders, after that he inclinated to Bektashism orders and even he was appointed to the post of Dedebabalők. However, neither the Jalwatis nor the Bektashis had accepted him. He died in 1197 [1718]. After his death, the Hasimiyyas, which was established by the followers of Ha_im Baba, was related to him. Ha_im Baba spended his life on preaching and Sufi order services, the influences of Celvetism, Bektashism. His work _"Anq__ Me_rők" (The griffin of the East) is a parody to Muhy_ d-D_n ibn _Al_ Ibn _Arab_Ős "Anq__ mu_rib " (The griffin of the West).
