1. 7 page typed manuscript, a few pencil corrections, not signed for his review of The Bridge of San Luis Rey by Thornton Wilder. 2. Typed Letter Signed "Aug Derleth" Sauk City, Wisconsin, 3 May 1956, to Russell Sanjek, 1 page. 11" 8 1/2" on his Mycroft & Moran Publishers letterhead. Derleth thanks Sanjek for copies of his review of "Winesburg, Ohio" and then list 16 books that he could do reviews for, including Doyle's "Collected Sherlock Holmes," along with works by Frost, Hardy, Cather, Maugham. Together with a carbon copy of Sanjek letter dated May 23, 1956 and one other carbon of a Sanjek letter dated April 30, 1956. 3. Typed Letter Signed "Aug Derleth" Sauk City, Wisconsin, 25 May, 1956 to Russell Sanjek, 1 page. 6 1/4" x 8 1/2". With a carbon copy of Sanjek's response, dated May 28, 1956. Derleth (1909 ? 1971) was an American writer and anthologist. Seller Inventory # 610974
