About this Item

Dating from 1979 to 2002 (though only three letters post-date 1983), with one (perhaps two) being a computer print-out, and one enclosing a poem by Ott for Miller ('Forest of Thimbles'). A stimulating collection, offering detailed insights into Ott's work and Miller's, also discussing Cid Corman, Ron Silliman, Frank Samperi, James Agee, John Taggart, and Hans-Georg Gadamer. Folds for mailing, the letters in the airmail format inevitably edgeworn (clipping one date, but without significant impact), and a few brief holograph notes added by Miller.
