16 pages stitched binding partly unopened along the top edges and edges uncut also, signed by two government officials for this region "Surimain" and Dauchay? This is printed with woodcut device along the top of the title page, slim quarto very good+. *The King would be deposed in September of 1792 and this proclamation is dealing with officers and mens pay whilst serving in his army earlier that year. This is a regional printing after the presumably earlier Paris printing in the April? It does list the number of Divisions/Battalions and Troups and areas they are stationed all over France and these details are laid out over13 pages.
