About this Item

Single sided printed menu for feb 9th 1877 with the name "Woodbourne" at the top. This came from a prominent family in Sutton Coldfield the Holbeche's and we believe this to be now a "Priory Group" clinic "Woodbourne Priory". Menu includes, Cromesques of Oysters, Apricot Omelet, Compote of Pigeons, Printanier, Braised Capons, etc. Fold line across the middle would flatten out and on the front would almost disappear, some adhesion from being tipped in onto another item on the back, but no holes, embossed gilt borders. Printed in Birmingham. Seller Inventory # 7786

We very rarely use "fine" or "mint" as a description, mainly due to the age and the fact that 99.9% of what we sell has been pre-owned and therefor Fine would not be a term for a book we sell despite its fine-like appearance. We always take items back unreservedly if not in the condition as described. We always try to describe fully.
