Carefully handled, even age-toning, minor offsetting from sample swatches, the gold sample has dulled. c1920. We found no comparable copies online or in the OCLC/WorldCat database. Card-stock tri-folded advertising brochure with color graphic designs on the outside folds. 3.5 by 6.25 inches opening to 10.25 inches. The center has 14 sample swatches. Instructions on how to finish a floor and do interior work are included, along with a price list. The Pitcairn Varnish Co. was in business in Milwaukee, Wisc., and Newark, N.J. in 1915. By the early 1920s it was affiliated with the Pittsburgh Plate Glass Co. [Paints Varnishes and Brushes Their History Manufacture and Uses]. Seller Inventory # 17782
