Three 1932 New York City Board of Transportation Working Blueprints for Union Turnpike Undercrossing

Three original working blueprints from the New York City Board of Transportation, circa 1932. Heavy paper. These are most likely in such wonderful condition because they were only used for a couple of months- they're dated Aug. 10, 1932, and handwritten in red (grease pencil?) on each is "See map dated Oct. 5, 1932". The three blueprints detail the location and stone work to be done for the large traffic underpass which bisects Queens Boulevard for the area right by the approach to the (yet to be constructed) IND Union Turnpike- Kew Gardens station- currently serving the E and F lines. The underpass is still in operation, and the stone work is still gorgeous. One of the under appreciated gems of the old New York infrastructure. Worth taking a look at on Google street view.
