About the Authors

Originaire des Vosges, Mathis devient dessinateur en b�timent et travaux publics, puis marin � Toulon, puis ch�meur, avant d'entrer aux beaux-arts d'�pinal et de Nancy. Auteur et illustrateur, Mathis se consacre principalement aux livres pour la jeunesse, � Nantes, o� il vit aujourd'hui. Bibliographie s�lective (titres parus chez Thierry Magnier) : ""Du bruit sous le lit"" (prix de la Ville de Nanterre 2005, prix des Incorruptibles 2006) ; ""Cinq, six bonheurs"" (prix Sorci�res premi�res lectures 2006) ; ""La Glu"" (prix Tam-Tam 2007) ainsi que la s�rie ""Boris"", 25 titres, depuis 2010. Chez Milan, il est l'auteur de la s�rie ""Livres � chanter"", en collaboration avec Aurore Petit.

Aurore Petit a grandi en Haute-Savoie. Dipl�m�e de l'�cole des arts d�coratifs de Strasbourg en 2006, elle vit aujourd'hui � Nantes. Elle travaille pour l'�dition jeunesse, mais dessine aussi beaucoup pour les adultes, notamment pour la presse et la communication. Son parcours l'am�ne parfois � travailler en volume, notamment � r�aliser des d�cors de th��tre. Chez Milan, elle est l'illustratrice de la s�rie ""Livres � chanter"", en collaboration avec Mathis.
