About the Author
Dawn Durand is the mother of 2 children and has driven a school bus for the New Hampshire school system for many years. "I needed a job," says the author, "where I didn't need daycare, and driving a school bus fit that description. I wanted to be there for my children while they were growing up." Also the author of The Backwoods School Bus and Mrs. Bearboots, which was published by Vantage Press in 2007, Ms. Durand resides with her husband in Meredith, New Hampshire.
