About the Author

Rachel L. Clay retired from the U.S. Federal Government with years of management experience. She earned a Ph.D. from Capella University, MA from Central Michigan University, BS from the University of Maryland University College (UMUC), A.A. degree from Prince George's Community College. She is currently an adjunct professor for UMUC. Married with a blended family of four, and three grandchildren. The author lives in Fredericksburg, Virginia and enjoys reading, music, and jigsaw puzzles. She is a Christian.
