Once Upon Every Childhood...
In a not so faraway land live bullies who try to make themselves taller and stronger by causing others to feel small
and weak. The bullies are like weeds scattered among the flowering children in the green majestic mountains
of Burlville. They storm and thunder destroying all that lies in their path.
But they have forgotten one thing . . . a storm always changes the atmosphere!
Bullies do not like change. They especially do not like Bailey, the fresh sweet smell of rain that is coming to Burlville.
If you are bullied like Bailey, it’s not your fault. You didn’t deserve it. You don’t have to take it. Bullies rise and fall. Storms come and go, but hope and help are closer than you think. Come along to Burlville with Bailey and learn together how to bury the bully.
YOU ARE NEVER IN THIS ALONE . . .

Creating stories and stage plays has been Snoonan's passion since an early age. In first grade she and her sister presented an original play to their combined classes. The memory makes her cringe as she recalls creating the entire plot as they went. Even still she is thankful her teacher allowed her the opportunity, instilling in her the freedom to dream. Snail & Snoonan quickly discovered that they both have hearts for children and the deep desire to encourage and inspire kids through the wacky years called: childhood. Their mission is to blend inspirational writing with vivid, sensational art targeted at older children who have outgrown board books and now find themselves bored with chapter books where color only exists on the cover. Snail's art is captivating! It's different! It's alive! It energizes and unleashes creativity and passion which never needs an apology. Together Snail & Snoonan are wacky ... a bit weird and way out-of-the-box. Their greatest reward in collaborating is to encourage kids who may feel a misfit with their peers. They desire to point kids to see "different" as a good thing and give children permission to embrace themselves exactly as they are--special and unique!
