Waffa Karkukly is the owner and managing director for Global PMO Solutions, Inc. During her career, she has been involved in leading strategic change programs, quality and delivery improvement for projects, programs, and portfolios and every aspect of PMO design, implementation, and ongoing development for Fortune 100 and startups. Dr. Karkukly has a PhD in strategic program and project management and master's degree in information technology. She is communications director for the PMI CoP and a regular speaker on the project management circuit. Waffa is the certificate lead developer for the Business Information Technology Management (BITM) certificate course at the School of Continuing Studies at University of Toronto. She teaches courses ranging from foundations of project management to advanced program and portfolio management, as well as BITM. Waffa Brings wealth of industry experience in addition to her academic accreditations and experience.
