I have always had books in my mind, but never put any down on paper never finished. From about the age of 14 this has been my dream. I am now 63, I made my mind up to write a book to make it really happen I knew I just had to do it. It's been one of the hardest things I have ever done! I had always gotten ideas for books but it would always come to an abrupt halt. This was due to reasons that are very hard for me to admit. I never finished high school, and I am dyslexic. I can read enough to get by. With so many good stories in my mind and no way to put them in print seemed like such a waste. This book your about to read has been in my mind so clear, but it's been difficult to put on paper but I was determined. I realize it's a short book but it has taken me four years to get to this point. I had to ask so many family members to help me but only one person can decipher my writing, my oldest daughter Gina. Without her this dream would never had happened! When I made my mind up to follow through with this book I bought my first laptop and printer, not even knowing how to use it or even type. Gina painstakingly what I thought would never happen. People that know me well have never known how I have had to get around this disability. It has always been a skill I developed to keep it my secret. Kathrine Gorecki
