Synopsis
Sid is a very busy but very different seagull. He loves the ocean and begs for scraps at the beachside restaurants, just like the other gulls (though he is more clever). He tries to enjoy his seaside life, and is a happy gull. However, because Sid's appearance is very "different," he is often made fun of by the other birds. Sid tries not to feel hurt, but deep down, it makes him sad. Things change for Sid forever when on a sunny, otherwise regular day, he has to call on all his courage to save a boat filled with humans from a giant shark! And at the same time, he saves the very gulls who have been so cruel to him. Sid becomes a hero in their eyes, and earns their respect for his courage that was always there, just hidden under the surface of his funny face and feet. No longer an outcast, Sid feels loved.
