Synopsis
Повесть дает авторскую версию событий 2010-2011 годов:
массовые волнения в Арабских странах; крупнейший слив закрытой информации о методах и работе американских дипломатов через Викиликс (т.н. Cablegates); экстрадиция российского коммерсанта Бута в США и судебный процесс в Нью-Йорке; ликвидация Усамы бен-Ладена в Пакистане; арест российских нелегалов в США и их последующий обмен; бегство в США начальника отдела российского СВР Потеева А., курировавшего зарубежную резидентуру нелегалов; ликвидация зам. начальника ГРУ генерала Иванова Ю.Е., прибывшего в Сирию с рабочим визитом; террористические акты в России и Таджикистане, происходившие в это же время.

unrest and riots during Arab spring; largest leak of classified information on methods and work of the US diplomats through Wikileaks (Cablegates); extradition of Russian businessman Bout to the US and his litigation in New York; hunting after Osama ben Laden in Pakistan;; arresting the Russian spies under cover in the US and their consecutive exchange; run of colonel A. Poteev, former head of the unit looking after the spies under cover in Russian Foreign Intelligence Service, to the US; assassination of the Deputy Chief of the Russian Military Intelligence general Ivanov Y.E. routinely visiting Syria; terrorist acts in Russia and Tajikistan taking place at the same time.
