Kuan-Tsae Huang is a leader in the field of intellectual capital management. A vice-president of IBM, he is responsible for e-business applications. He was Director of Knowledge Management and Asset Reuse at the IBM Global Services, in charge of knowledge management and asset reuse across IBM Global Industries and Services. He won the 1998 Gold Medal of Giga Excellence Award on knowledge management and business process for IBM's innovative implementation and strategic use of Intellectual Capital Management AssetWeb. He has published widely on knowledge management. Dr. Huang received his Ph.D. degree from M.I.T.
Yang W. Lee is Assistant Professor at the College of Business Administration, Northeastern University and Associate Director for the Total Data Quality Management program at Massachusetts Institute of Technology. She co-founded Cambridge Research Group, a firm specializing in quality information and knowledge management. Her research focuses on information quality, institutional learning, and knowledge management. A recipient of the 1990 Distinguished Research Award from the Association of Management, she has published in leading journals such as Communications of the ACM, Sloan Management Review, and IEEE Computer. Professor Lee received her Ph.D. degree from M.I.T.
Richard Y. Wang is a pioneer and prominent leader in the field of information quality. He is Associate Professor at Boston University and Co-Director for the Total Data Quality Management program at Massachusetts Institute of Technology where he has been a professor for a decade. Professor Wang has published extensively in top journals on developing concepts, principles, tools, methods, and techniques related to information quality. His other books include Data Quality Systems (Cambridge Market Intelligence), Models of Information Quality (Kluwer Academic Publishers), and Information Technology in Action (Prentice Hall). Professor Wang received his Ph.D. degree from M.I.T.
